POLICIES

Allow a 1 hour window for arrival time from time of appointment.Balance is due same day upon completion of service.

All payments received after 24 hours will incur a late fee. 

Recleans and retouches must be requested within 24 hours of service.

We do not issue refunds.

In the event of a lockout we will wait 15 minutes to access the property.

After that time, cleaner is advised to leave the property and client must reschedule.

Estimates are based on 1 living room and 1 kitchen area homes. If there are extra rooms (den, laundry room, 2nd living room) price is subject to change.

For insurance purposes we must record before and after pictures or videos.

Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of service date.

We do not move electronics or furniture over 20 lbs.

No ladders higher than a stepstool.

Floors and surfaces should be cleared of excessive items so we may access the areas to cleaned.

Air conditioning must be set at minimum 72 degrees for the safety of our employees.

Due to Coronavirus and allergies we do not provide a vacuum. Client must supply.

If there are live rodents/pests in the home appointment must be rescheduled until they're eliminated and removed.Human and animal excrement are considered biohazard and will not be cleaned unless previously discussed.

Natural light is not satisfactory.

All plumbing and electric must be working properly in each room or we cannot clean in that room.

If no free parking is available, client must pay for cleaner's parking. 

Any job that goes past estimated time frame will be billed hourly. Prices subject to change depending on condition of the home.

If final payment is not received within 7 days we reserve the right to prosecute for theft of ALL PAYMENTS FINAL NO Refunds DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS are non refundable.
